TERMS OF SERVICE!

• The deadline for each commission may vary depending on its complexity. Simpler commissions, such as sketches, may take 1 to 7 days, while full renders may take up to 1 day to 2 months. Updates will be frequent, and you will never be left wondering why your order is taking so long. If, for any reason, I can't finish your commission, I will refund the remaining balance and you will get a discount on your next commission.• The deadline for your commission begins when your turn comes up on the waitlist.• You may use and modify your commission for personal purposes. Personal use includes posting on social media (with credit), using as a profile picture, printing for yourself, or using it in your videos and websites. If you plan to use the artwork in any monetized or merchandising context, please contact me for commercial rights. Unethical uses (e.g., hate speech, illegal activities) are not allowed.• I retain all rights to the final artwork unless commercial rights are purchased. This does not refer to the rights of your character’s design.• I may post your commission on my portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise beforehand.• Do not give credit to anyone else — or yourself.• If your commission is urgent, let me know so I can move it to the top of the queue after payment of the Urgency Fee (100% of the original price).• Personal or copyright-protected information, such as reference photos and characters that haven’t made their debut yet, will not be stored or shared after your commission is completed.• Up to 3 revisions are included if your prompt is detailed and includes reference images. Additional revisions may be charged a small fee (5% of the total).• I can approximate (not perfectly) other art styles, including anime, cartoons, and series — but I will never copy another artist’s style.• I am not responsible for delays caused by client's lack of communication, unclear references, or force majeure events (e.g., illness, emergencies, etc.).• I do not authorize the use of my art for AI training.• Accepted payment methods: PayPal and PIX.• The price of your commission may vary depending on the complexity — it can be higher or lower.• Refunds are only available if you cancel before the sketch phase. After the sketch is approved, I cannot offer refunds due to the time and effort already invested.• Returning customers may occasionally receive discounts or gifts as a token of appreciation — no need to ask!• Payment can be made 100% upfront, or 50% before the sketch and 50% after approval (this does not apply to sketches, which must be paid in full in advance).• Final artwork will be delivered via direct message (DM) and a folder on Google Drive, in PNG format, 300 DPI, and RGB color mode, unless otherwise specified.• Any unauthorized commercial use or violation of these terms may result in a DMCA takedown or legal action.
